Prices are listed on the website under each description. Price listed includes all delivery and taxes.
You will receive by e-mail a detailed 'order invoice' confirming the prices and your order details (model, fabric or leather selection, stain color for legs, number of cushions etc.) You will check for accuracy then print, sign and return by e-mail or fax the pdf 'order invoice' and remit your 50% deposit. Upon receipt of the signed 'order invoice' the factory will begin creating your furniture.
At shipping you will receive a photo confirmation of your furniture for approval by e-mail along with a 'shipping invoice' at which time the remaining 50% is due. Upon receipt of the remaining 50 % balance your order will be packed for delivery. Our sofas and armchairs are custom, no cancellations are allowed once the deposit is received. All sales are final.

  • • You may wire funds directly and safely from your bank account to Italy. Contact our US customer service representative for bank wiring details.

  • • We do not offer financing.


Buying sofas from Italy makes the most of your money because not only are all delivery fees completely included, but no sales tax whatsoever is due from you. These costs are totally covered by Santambrogio Sofas.
The price listed on the website and quoted to you in your order invoice is the complete total you will pay, nothing more ever is due. Buying directly from Italy provides you with great savings.


Under normal circumstances your sofa and/or chair will arrive within 8 to 10 weeks of ordering. It will be delivered to your front door by a trucking company that specializes in furniture delivery.
Upon request you will be provided a tracking number for your delivery and can check online for exact delivery dates so you can arrange to be at the address you provided. The product will be carefully packed in a locked box at our factory and will be left packaged when delivered. Delivery to the threshold or front door of your home, front entrance, garage, or office is included; there is no additional charge whatsoever due at delivery. A signature is required at delivery. For an additional fee the sofas, sectionals and armchairs will be brought inside and set in place.


Every effort is made at the factory when inspecting and packing your shipment to ensure a safe arrival. Please inspect your delivery immediately and notify us by writing to within 7 days of receipt in the rare event that shipping damage has occurred. Our U.S. customer service agent is always available for any support by phone.
In case of shipping damage or incorrect fabric or leather the parts or entire piece will be replaced at no cost to you, and return shipping information will be paid by Santambrogio Sofas. Please carefully review the photos sent before delivery to help us avoid this small possibility.
Please note no returns will be accepted except for damage or incorrect color or size. Leather is a natural product, every hide is unique and some color variation is to be expected. No returns accepted on leather or fabric due to dye lot differences that may occur.


  • • 40 year warranty on the wood frame structure of all sofas and sectionals.
  • • 5 year warranty on sofa bed mechanisms and mattresses.
  • • 2 year warranty on reclining mechanisms.
  • • 2 year warranty on fabric and leather when properly maintained.
  • • Sofas, sectionals, chaise lounges and chairs damaged by misuse of customer and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
  • • Damage occurring during shipping is covered under the warranty and damaged parts will be replaced or if necessary the entire piece will be replaced at no cost to you.
